Please note that the Summit does not cover travel and accommodation costs. All participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses. Participants are encouraged to make their travel and hotel arrangements well in advance, as June is a peak tourism season in Arusha and availability may be limited.

For participants who require a visa support letter to facilitate their travel to Tanzania, kindly fill in the special requirements section in the registration form or email info@tigf.or.tz with the necessary details to request the letter.
